Our Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our warehouse in Greenville, SC. Most in-stock orders ship the next business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed before 12 PM ET on business days typically ship the same day.

International

International Orders

We ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide, DHL Express, or sea freight for large bulk orders. Estimated transit time is 5–14 business days depending on destination and carrier.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. Clear Ballistics cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Returns

Return Policy

Within 30 Days

Full Refund

Return the item in original, unused condition for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

30–60 Days

Exchange Only

We'll exchange for another product of equal or greater value. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

After 60 Days

Final Sale

All sales are final after 60 days of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Note: Gel that has been used, tested, or opened cannot be returned. Custom-cut or special-order items are non-refundable.
